We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Sapa, making it a great choice for international travelers. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has amazing views from the rooftop restaurant and a great indoor heated pool which is perfect after a day of trekking. The rooms are exceptionally clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Additionally, the location is perfect as it is near a great range of restaurants and bars, and there are lots of shops to buy hiking gear. The hotel staff, particularly the travel desk guy, were friendly and helpful, and organized an amazing trek for us.

Great location in the heart of the mountains! Room views were absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and always available to help with any questions or needs. Beds were comfortable and felt like a slice of heaven after a long day of exploring the city.

There weren't very many options for breakfast, which was a bit of a letdown. the Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable and the room only had a limited amount of electrical outlets.

We had a comfortable stay at Sunny Mountain Hotel. The bed was cozy and the view from our room was breathtaking. The shower in our bathroom was refreshing and the AC kept the room cool. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
